Placing an order:

Booking a meeting room or conference hall:

When booking a meeting room or conference hall, the network will collect personal data including: name and location of the requested meeting room, reservation date and target date, full name, email address, phone number, message content and any specific requests made by the user.

Newsletter and special offers subscription:

When subscribing to the newsletter, email addresses and the contact details entered will be collected. Newsletter subscription requires consent to receive advertising, updates, promotional offers, etc. (hereinafter – “network messages”).
